Pros

SharpSpring - and more specifically, Perfect Audience, for myself - is an engaging and motivating workplace. I started shortly before 2020 began going wild, and am thankful I got that chance. The office space was bright and roomy, and everyone was very welcoming. Once the 2020 whirlwind started picking up, we've since moved to largely working remotely. For me, culture is incredibly important for a workplace. Everyone is focused and driven, and being surrounded with people like that helps me to improve daily. If anything, you'll never be bored here. In addition, management has shown thoughtfulness around the current times with the transition to remote work, and various internal, as well as external actions to help support our community, as well as the local, which helps me keep up a level of optimism that can be hard to maintain otherwise. Materially, in my experience, pay is pretty competitive for the local area. With the remote environment opening up those factors, I'm a little less educated in that regard. Benefits are pretty good, and there's a good level of vacation time. Prior to working remotely, there had been an initiative to move to a "Performance-Based Workweek" which involved the possibility of working four days a week.

Cons

Every workplace has its weaknesses, and every style isn't for everyone. SharpSpring is a fast-paced environment, and sets ambitious deadlines for projects to complete. Perfect Audience being relatively new to the SharpSpring cinematic universe amplifies this. If you are not someone who is fueled by this, you probably won't be happy. If you are someone who is fueled by it, make sure you do right by you and your team to make sure you don't burn out. Other than this, the mold of PA's identity under SharpSpring has yet to dry, and because of this feels a lot more 'startup-ey' than one might usually expect, which might not be what some people look for.
