Coworkers are knowledgeable and friendly. Nice place to work, relaxed most of the time. Decent product.
Cons
Constantly changing internal company organization, reports, objectives, and job titles / roles. Pay below market; used local low CoL as justification before; but with remote work this changes from a reason to an excuse.
Great environment to work in. Fun tech startup environment. No dress code (within reason). Laid back and they practice management by exception so if you're getting your job done on time and correctly, you're pretty much free to do what you want. Flexible hours in case you have young children and the option to work remote in some cases. Pay is fair and the commissions can be good if you are working hard and preforming well.
Cons
Organization. Being a startup, Sharpspring is still growing and has some growing pains that have to be overcome. This isn't a bad thing, it just means that management and the whole company in general is figuring everything out on the fly. Things are changing constantly but they are heading in the right direction and getting better everyday.
