Job security (Once you make it past probation, supervisors aren't willing to put in the work to fire you no matter what you do). Never ending work

Cons

Departmental and interdepartmental politics are insane Skills and abilities literally mean nothing. It's all about who you kiss up to Coworkers will do everything possible to sabotage you if you are the slightest bit better at their job than they are
