      Pros

      They actually invest in their employees. You get the training to be able to do your job well, and you can move up as much as you choose. Worked 8 hr shifts so you actually have life, 12 hr shift companies are killing families.

      Cons

      Extremely hot in the summer and so cold in the winter that gloves are needed.
