Company makes honest effort to support and celebrate employees, and work culture is cultivated in earnest. Work-life balance in reviewer’s department is protected.

Cons

Low pay, no cost of living increases, constant payroll/HR changes (reason given when company did not administer annual review), lower than market pay for reviewer’s department. Company says they encourage innovation, but do not in actuality. For those who like maintaining technology, it might be a good fit. But for those who want to create and implement, it likely would not. In some ways unreasonably risk averse.
