Business Outlook
Pros
The company offers fairly competitive salaries, good benefits, and excellent opportunities for career growth. I had a good work/life balance and was able to work in various positions and on a variety of projects.
Cons
The only cons is that, like most companies in Oil & Gas, my division experienced boom and bust years. But, in most cases, there were no layoffs.
