Pros

It's strictly dependent on your store, but onsite management has always been consistent and respected.

Cons

You'll spend more time at work than you do anywhere else, but that's the auto business. Also, commission pay is often suggested as being uncapped, but wouldn't necessarily agree/trust that.

Pros

Sheehy is ones of the biggest car dealerships in the DMV area. They we give you free training, business cards, and all the tools you will need to sell a car. Free lunch on the weekends

Cons

The commission when you sell a car was no worth the effort. Unless you are selling .5 car a day you are not going to make a decent living. There is no base pay. The whole job is 100% commission + bonus if you sell a certain amount in a month. Sometimes management will add an incentive bonus on certain weekends. There are way too many Toyota dealership close by to compete with.
