Pros

The benefits are great when compared to other competitors. If you go into this place with a good mindset you can promote quickly and it can be very lucrative.

Cons

Staffing, inability to terminate at a store level without corporate approval. I feel that if we could terminate employees for attendance in store rather than wait for corporate approval, people wouldn’t call out as much as they sit with 100+ points waiting forever to be terminated.
