Pros

Awesome training where you get to eat the food when you're done making it. Great benefits, flexible scheduling, and employee appreciation.

Cons

A lot more work than one person can handle sometimes. There are long periods of being understaffed and in a desperate attempt to rectify that, lazy, unqualified people are hired. I think a lot of don't anticipate how truly hard and stressful MTO is.
