Patient Care Focused, Wonderful Supervising Clinical Staff

Pros

Incredible Clinical staff of RN’s w/ a diverse NICU/PICU background. Company offers paid Trach/Vent training with a respiratory therapist. BCBS healthcare insurance, PTO, and 2k sign on bonus. The entire staff is professional and customer service driven. We love our nurses and truly invest in our entire clinical staff.

Cons

No cons in my opinion. Best pediatric PDN agency in the state.

Shelby is a joy to work for. They are a company who truly values and listens to all of their employee's needs and concerns. They address issues in a timely manner and are always willing to go the extra length and help when it is needed most.

Cons

no negatives come to mind at this point in time.

Pros

Management team is small and very personable. They are very family friendly and like celebrating the wins of the company, I enjoy getting to work with everyone who loves their job as much as I do.

Cons

There are no downsides to working at Shelby!
