I am concerned about a change in the way they are hire of late. Too many ways for managers to manipulate the system to favor a candidate. They arbitrarily decide to post a job internally, externally or both. If a person they don't like is the best qualified, they repost. I am already looking for a job elsewhere. A shame because I used to think very high of Shell.
