      Pros

      has great pay great management great people. The training is always very efficient . i have been working there for one year and i would not leave for anything.

      Cons

      the hours are 12 hour shifts rotating day and knight . it can be very bad for your body if you don't take proper step to get rest.

      - Very competitive salary and benefits - Great working environment - People work well together and get along for the most part

      Cons

      All companies have inefficiencies and issues, but Shell is the best experience that I have had to date (I have worked at three other companies).
