Pros

In Boston: A great culture; a lot of smart people; get to work on very interesting and forward-thinking problems that Shell is facing.

Cons

Shell at large seems to go through "re-orgs" every few years, meaning its high-level strategy is not always consistent or steady. This makes those long-term efforts it touts harder to execute effectively.

Bonuses are great. Plenty of creature comforts. Doesn’t make up for lack of work or direction.

Cons

If you’re young stay away. This place will ruin your career. No real work to be done. Just a lot of hand waving
