if you join as contractor, and project gets over, they might release you within a month with no further notification. getting permanent is very difficult.

High on diversity and inclusion, eco-conscious despite its business nature, remote/virtual working facilities made possible. Improvements done following Annual employee surveys. Structured program to develop leaders starting even for entry-level team leaders.

Cons

Those working for multiple time zones has to adapting to others availability. Too frequent and too many structural changes going on one go in country and everywhere
