Pros
- great people and multicultural (though the latter is changing through centralisation and offshoring). - size of the company offering great breadth and runway of jobs - very professional and treats employees very well
Cons
- too many cooks in the kitchen meaning that initiatives get watered down quickly - a tendency to follow market trends when the trend is practically past - slow to take decisions - risk averse
