Smart and visionary senior leadership, strong culture of safety and operational excellence, large and diverse organisation with lots of opportunity

Cons

In recent years, low oil price and pressure to adapt portfolio to the energy transition has resulted in a seemingly never-ending set of re-organisations. Competition for a shrinking pool of jobs is leading to much higher levels of politics and bullying than were normal in the past.
