      Shell is a global company that is involved in every aspect of Energy. This provides many opportunities for individuals to grow professionally by working for many different parts of the industry from traditional Oil and Gas to the growing Renewables businesses. There is an expectation that professionals should continue to learn and grow, taking on new roles with more responsibilities.

      Cons

      Shell is trying to be more agile as a company, but still has a way to go in this area. So it can be frustrating how long business decisions can take.
