Oil price is going down so stopped bonus. During Pandemic, they stopped Internet expenses from 1 Nov in India.

Most people are awesome, work environments are usually really great. Great pay and benefits, it really can be a great place to work.

Cons

Too many reorganizations, too many people put into roles that are not suited to them, have to be in the tight leadership clique in order to really advance. Too much offshoring going on.
