its a people's co... no one really gets fired and everyone is given ample chance to prove his/ her mettle. Extremely strong diversity focus, and female candidates treated really well.

Cons

too much global interference, bureaucratic at times.

Pays your salary on time, respect to your work life balance, concerns people's lives, prestigious company, very well design systems, corporate culture, opportunities to learn, supports training

Cons

Unfortunately hr is not a bridge between employees and management, tough subjects can be ignored if its about shell people, i didn't see much improvement after low scores of surveys, low salary and benefits in Turkey comparing to Europe, careers are very dependent to line manager views.
