Pros

Good training, Flexible hours(when possible), Competitive salary, Diverse background

Cons

Organizational structural too rigid, policies are old and not tailored for today's economic status, many benefits have been eliminated - allowances, opportunity for empowerment is low, cross functional roles are minimal hence individual development at work can be confined to just focused role - no diversification, limited opportunity to be promoted to management.
