I received free visa sponsorship from Shell which let me and my family of 5 move from Nigeria to Dubai. I also received a yearly travel balance, my family and I have free access to healthcare, I got free housing in al safa 2 (Dubai) and my children’s private International School fees were paid for by shell.

Cons

Unstable employment. You may have to relocate.
