      Exploting people for miserable salaries

      The only pro I can come up with is that the salary comes on time.

      Cons

      Extremely low salaries, especially for Poles, Ukranians, Russians and Bulgarians, crappy HR departm., bad policies, EXTREMELY corpo environment.
