Pros

As an engineer it's a dream job. You're a part of the engineering process on some of the worlds largest oil and gas projects and working with the brightest minds in the business. The pay is great, the benefits are above average, and the facility at Woodcreek is phenomenal.

Cons

You can become complacent. It is a desk job in a cubicle, so I recommend taking breaks when you can to keep your focus at a maximum while you're in your workstation.
