Good work life balance. Employee friendly. Good pay. lot of diverse technology to work

not many. If you are ambitious, then growth in shell is not so fast. it takes take to be even a manager.

Very good pay and benefit package, vacation, etc. Good work/life balance, lots of challenging projects to work on.

Cons

Very large company can lead to slow decision making.

Challenging work. Multinational workforce. High levels of responsibility. Competitive compensation. Good training. Great name for the CV. Many opportunities in almost every field

Cons

Bureocratic. Culture is not uniform (as you would expect in such mamooth company) and hence some pockets of the company are less than pleasant
