Strong DNI, reasonable remuneration, work life balance, huge variety of jobs, lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Hard to standout in such a large crowd. Decision making is still mostly consensus based which slows down speed of action. Matrix organization is unwieldy and oftentimes results in people not having sufficient focus to deliver on time.
