      Pros

      Great benefits, Transportation and Food Allowance aside from Grab/Taxi/Gas reimbursement for Midshift/Nightshift, Door to Door shuttle service for Midshift/Nightshift. Culture is great. Awesome people. Safety is top priority. Promotes healthy work life balance, and mental health awareness.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are not that great.

      Great pay and benefits. There are a lot of challenges to learn from, a lot of movement with roles due to the changes.

      Your ability to adapt to the drastic changes will be tested and it is a must to keep up with everyone.
