diversity inclusions and diversity, maximum exposure, great work environment, and care of employees by shell. and most of all the good incentives which we get in shell.

Cons

it's sometimes very hectic and professional. a lots of responsibility can be sometimes very unwanted. otherwise undoubtly it's the best company to work with.
