Lots of trouble shooting opportunities to develop your critical thinking, problem solving skills, planning skills (preparing for worse to worst case scnarios) - which are soft skills.

Cons

Some of the middle management are just headless chicken which at the end of the day, it will be the staff clean-up after them. Some middle management do not do what the Company preached
