      Shell offers continued learning to it's staff, some is mandatory, while the other opportunities are not. A definite bonus to enhance your skills.

      Cons

      Though the company markets that it's success is due to it's people, who are their first priority; this is simply lip service. Shell only cares about the bottom line.
