Very good brand name Good pay scale Employee friendly policies

Cons

Bangalore culture is deteriorating. Lot of non-deserving people have taken top position and they are least interested in other's growth. Only thing that matters is output (atleast for the team I was in) and will make you work-horses. Manager wont let you find other opportunities giving the reason of 'Window of 4 years', unless you get NL/UK/US manager.
