      Training is good Opportunities to travel Most of the staff are technically excellent Senior Management is good

      Cons

      Very poor people management incl complete lack of interest in graduates Good at writing glossy brochures but implementation of policies poor HR is there to protect the company from the employee Middle management very patchy Poor morale
