Pros

Lots of experienced peers and global support network. Good remuneration. Good work life balance.

Cons

International postings are few and far between.. Career stagnation may occur after a while. O&G as an industry is not growing at the pace to support the aspirations of those in their early and mid-career journey. Life in Miri may not be as vibrant vs other O&G hubs.
