      good training, good network, technically challenging. exciting opportunities to develop technical skills, engineers are given responsibility and empowered. Good processes in place

      Cons

      Processes in place not always followed, there is a lot of individual subjectivity. Pay is poor compared to major competitors and no plans to catch up soon. Leaders tend tomicro manage.
