Pros
While working at Shell I didn't feel like a "just another number". I can honestly say that I was treated like a person and the managers and team leaders really stood by the employees side.
Cons
(Depends on the department) Because of the constant CI initiatives it's hard to find anything to improve and, thus, it's hard to stand-out from the crowd. Patience is required to go up the "corpo" ladder.
