# Low quality analytics division of Shell International, most of the rubbish works carried out by Chennai data science team # Incompetent Managers (a.k.a BVM), they have zero leadership skills and lack vision for the team. # No guidance or mentoring from managers # Just for their promotion, they are hiring lot of people
