Pay ok Hours good People at grade 7 to 2, plus a fews 1s where very nice

Cons

Awful political culture Lots of standards but many not upheld - especially higher up the chain VPs and tier below up their own arses! One VP had the worst ethics I even saw at that level, but he hit his targets so thats why he's still in a job
