Pros
Nothing to say, unlimited sick leave , if you are lucky may get a on-site opportunity , safety first, business class travel for long trip
Cons
I don’t know really, who recruited the leadership team , very sub standard leadership team. Many are thrown out from other organisations. They spoil the overall environment, many are under the covers of diversity quotas. No quality, not fit for leadership role. Useless guys I know who speaks great about him he was thrown out by one of the IT service provider, he acts like knows everything.
