      Pros

      Slow-paced environment, not a lot of pressure on you. If you get stuff done within a reasonable timeframe you will be able to move up here.

      Cons

      Sometimes the environment is a little too slow-paced.

      Great pay for the position. I was making more working remote as a part time than I was in any previous job.

      I was not guaranteed a return offer after graduation
