      Pros

      Shentel is a great company to work for. The benefits are fantastic and the company is very family oriented. Good work /life balance and lots of opportunities for advancement through training, tuition assistance and daily feedback.

      Cons

      Communication, as in almost all companies, in between departments could be better.
