Pros

Good pay and benefits for Senior salaried tech posts. Fantastic work/life balance. New WFH policy as well. No micro management. They respect the technical ability of employees. Good tuition assistance program. Very slow to fire even with valid cause. Will bend over backward for employees.

Cons

Company culture is changing. Silos are increasing. Much more CYA by mgmt. OG is leaving. Processes and use of productivity software needs lots of improvement. Benefits and pay for hourly and low skilled workers are not very good compared to the national average. But are somewhat better than the region.

Company is more worried about stock price than employee satisfaction. Stock price and shareholder are key words overused each month in meetings. Without good employees, stocks are irrelevant.
