People here are fantastic. Everyone is working towards a common goal that drives a productive and creative environment. - Engineers are given ownership of their projects and regularly interact with people across the company

Cons

You will sometimes question spending decisions - benefits/pay might not be as high as similar roles at other companies, but it’s worth it to work here. A lot of the benefits of working here can’t be measured with such simple, quantitative descriptions.
