Pros

The people here make it feel like family. Shentel has a very tight network of employees and managers that truly care about each other. It is a fantastic environment in which to work, the best I've ever experienced. They also offer a very competitive benefits package considering the size of the company. The 401(k) and tuition reimbursement are amazing!

Cons

The company isn't huge, so while there are opportunities for growth and promotion, they are not plentiful.

Pros

Shentel is a great company to work for. The benefits are fantastic and the company is very family oriented. Good work /life balance and lots of opportunities for advancement through training, tuition assistance and daily feedback.

Cons

Communication, as in almost all companies, in between departments could be better.
