      Pros

      Great company to work for! Upper management is always interested in ways to make employees work life better! Free cell service for employees on the PCS side & heavily discounted plans for their family, great benefits!

      Pros

      They really are a company that promotes the growth of their employees and encourages them to take on different positions within the company on their path. For the most part, there is no barrier to contact management and most have an open-door policy to contact them.

      Cons

      As with any job, with several offices spread out in the area you do tend to get in the mindset of "us vs them" concerning other offices. Sometimes there is a bit of a communication break down between the different offices.
