Store hours are pretty good and it’s usually laid back for a retail environment.

Cons

Pay and commission structure isn’t so great and working holidays without time and half is very unfortunate.

nTelos was a local company, very family oriented, great pay, opportunity for advancement

Cons

They were bought out by Sprint/Shentel. The pay is terrible the micromanaging from Shentel aweful and trying to get any support from Sprint a nightmare
