Pros
Shepherd not only creates a place of hope and warmth for patients and families, but also provides a home for their employees and staff to grow. The positive environment, ongoing team approach, and ultimate goal to put patients and families first were the first things I noticed when I started my career here. I have yet to meet an employee who is not wholeheartedly invested in their role and I believe that the "Shepherd culture" has much to do with that. It is a great thing to be able to be a part of such remarkable recoveries while surrounded by others who share the same passion. It is THE place to be!
