Pros

Learning experience working for a full service Hotel. Great name to put on your resume. Discounts at other Hotels.

Cons

I am very surprised to be the first person writing about this property. Staff is unreliable on showing up due to everyone hating their job including upper management. Everyone is burned out because they are doing more than one job title for very little pay. No room for growth. They would rather hire someone to replace a position in the sales or reservations department from the outside instead of promoting within. The rooms were hardly ever ready by check in time due to housekeeping not receiving the linen on time or not having enough linen to have the rooms ready on time. They claimed the company was low on finances to fix the current issues in the hotel; However, you would hear about new properties being built.

Pros

Lots of free time, and schedule cuts down on childcare costs.

Cons

Management is terrible, screw you every chance they get. Only care about going out drinking.
