C-SUITE are connected, engaged with the general workforce, care for employees, turned a COVID impacted business around completely, invest in their people, seek new ideas, change for the better, structure business models to promote ideas, profit increases in a safe and ethical way, treat employees with respect and dignity, genuinely take care of each other in every way. Still a very close knit team even with the level of growth the business has experienced.

Cons

A lot of work hours, smaller organization requires diversity of tasks and roles to support and organization, doesn't always have an adequate number of people to meet demand for work commitments that could result in reduced quality of life.
