Team is very helpful , always safety first, pay is good with Tons of overtime and double time if you want it, over time after 8 hours and double after 12 ,

Cons

you have to provide your own tools and equipment, the annual pay increase is not enough so make sure you get what you desire up front.

Great Atmosphere. Supportive co-workers. NO micromanaging! Supplies everything I need to do my job. Safety minded.

Cons

Some questionable decisions on the corporate level BUT they learned and have corrected their mistakes. They do seem to listen. Can't ask for more.
