      Pros

      Freedom was the best thing about Shermco. Exposure to new and exciting things and situations. Loved most of my coworkers

      Now that it's corporate... Too corporate. Too many managers

      Pros

      Good people working together creates a lot of job satisfaction. Shermco has a real drive to solve customers problems, make some money and still have some fun. Rapidly growing company affords many opportunities for advancement. Solid reputation in the industry and a great CEO who started here as a technician, so he gets it. Very fair compensation and benefits are pretty much in line for the industry, but there are a lot of small perks that really help.

      Cons

      Biggest con is quite a bit of travel, but that comes with any industrial service job. The plus is that it does pay well....
