      Pros

      Shermco has a great team of employees working for them. The supervisors are very strong and always take care of you in your needs. This company will provide you with everything you need to grow and become anything you want. They have a very strong training department and lots of opportunities to advanced yourself.

      Cons

      Travel as any field service job requires. You are highly compensated for it.

      Pros

      Excellent staff, room for growth and advancement, training availability, diversity of assignments.

      Cons

      Heavy workload with frequent overtime and travel, but that is the nature of the business.

      Pros

      Great organic growth with limited leadership intrusion. Growth rates as high as 35%, retaining employees was easy and everyone worked to make the better thing happen for the customer. The employees were the best a manger could ever ask for.

      Cons

      We died when the company sold to an outside investor. Pete Sherman retired and the Board of Directors took over as key leadership exited the company.
